Mango Turmeric Smoothie


Turmeric Mango Smoothie:
1 ripe mango( you can also use bush mango)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of homemade almond milk,
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper (help your body to absorb the turmeric)
 1 cup crushed ice 
Blend Away!
