Bath sponges and bacteria

Hello there,
So i will be talking about our bath sponges today.
Many Nigerians dont changes their sponges often

So you have been using your sponge for let’s say donkey years.

Try looking at your sponge under a microscope and you will literally freak out.

It is about time you sterilize your sponge.

All you need do is get a bowl of vinegar

Soak your sponge in it and put into the microwave for 30 secs

If you are microwave averse, you can boil the vinegar and then soak your sponge.

Its very easy and will save you a lot of money.

Dr dileem says it is important to sterilize your sponge.

And it is so cheap to do so!!
